I am a licensed marriage/family therapist and mental health counselor in private practice based in Newburyport, Massachusetts, with over 25 year of experience.

My practice is dynamic, strength based, and solution focused. I am committed to helping people understand their symptoms and behaviors in order to make positive changes in their lives. My background is in working with individuals, children, couples and families in crisis, both in New England and internationally.  This has helped me develop respect and compassion for life's many challenges.

I work closely with schools, primary care physicians, psychiatrists, Hospice, and hospitals with a collaborative approach that helps clients reach their goals. I am also a trained mediator, having completed the mediator certification process in the state of Massachusetts, and I am also certified in global mental health trauma and recovery.
